Elastic one component rubber hydro insulation for both internal and external works

Used for: insulation of concrete, plastered or plasterboard and OSB panels in wet premises such as kitchens, bathrooms, balconies under ceramic tiles and other materials. Attention! It is not alowed to use as final coat.
Technical data:
Binder: latex dispersion.
Quantity of non-volatile materials: >30 %.
Density: 1.27 kg per liter.
Diluent: water.
Consumption: ab6t 0.7 kg/m² (3 coats), on rough surfaces – 1.0 ÷ 1.5 kg/m² (3 coats). Thickness of coat about 1 mm.
Method of undercoating: roller, brush.
Color: black.
Desiccation time: the first coat inadhesive in 2 hour, the 6ther – 4 hours. The other coats may be done in 16 hours.
Characteristics: Elastic. Has a good adhesion with mineral construction materials and acrylic materials. Avoid contact with silicone. Eco-product. Doesn’t consist any diluents.
How to prepare surface: The surface should be dry and clean, grease free. Avoid direct rays of sun, draught and rain. Absorptive surfaces coat with PRO undercoat.
Undercoating: Stir up carefully. The surface should be dry. It’s temperature must be above zero. It is allowed to wor2 if the air temperature is more than 5°C. The insulation for the firs layer dilute with water. Ratio - 15 %. Make not less then 3 layers. Do not dilute the hydro insulation for these layers.
Safety requirements: Ventilate premises. Don’t spill the hydro insulation to canalization, ground or water pools. Protect your eyes and skin. If that occurred, wash with water and see a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
