Used for: reinforcement of surfaces made of concrete or other mineral materials and preparation of the surfaces for painting wit paint PRO FACTURE, luting, painting or tiling of ceramic tiles. It is allowed to color the undercoat.
Technical data:
Binder: copolymerized acrylic dispersion.
Density: 1.65 kg per liter.
Diluent: water.
Consumption: 0.15-0.5 kg (depends on adsorption of surface).
Method of undercoating: roller, brush.
Desiccation time: inadhesive in 0.5-2 hours. It is allowed to paint or to plaster in 4-6 hours.
Storage and shipment: keep in tight containers in the temperature above +5° C.
Characteristics: eco-product, mild odour. Coat is permeable for water vapour, proof against moisture and low temperatures.
How to prepare surface for undercoating: The surface should be dry and clean, grease free. The temperature must be above +5° C. Avoid direct rays of sun, draught and rain.
Undercoating: Stir up the undercoat carefully. Newly made plaster layer undercoat not earlier than in 14 days of drying. Tools cleaning: use water for tools cleaning. If you are coating more than one layer, be sure if the earlier layer is dry.
Safety requirements: don’t spill the undercoat to canalization, ground or water pools. Protect your eyes and skin. If that occurred, wash with water and see a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
