Acrylic water based dispersive insulating undercoat for internal use.

Used for: insulate walls and ceilings from moisture. It may be used as floor undercoat for painting with PRO HYDROINSULATION K1. It may be used for gypsum plasterboard, plaster, concrete and OSB panel protection from moisture before tiling with ceramic tiles, sticking of wallpapers in wet premises. Doesn’t protect against groundwater penetrating from walls.
Technical data:
Binder: copolymerized acrylic dispersion.
Quantity of non-volatile materials: >30 %.
Density: 1.01 kg per liter.
Diluent: water.
Consumption: 5-10 m²/l (depends on adsorption of surface).
Method of undercoating: roller, brush.
Desiccation time: the first coat inadhesive in 0.5-1 hour, the second – 1-2 hours. The ceramic tiles may be tiled in 8 hours.
Storage and shipment: keep in tight containers in the temperature above +5° C.
Characteristics: eco-product, mild odour. Coat is permeable for water vapour, proof against moisture and low temperatures. It doesn’t consist any diluents.
How to prepare surface for undercoating: The surface should be dry and clean, grease free. The temperature must be above +4° C. Avoid direct rays of sun, draught and rain.
Undercoating: Stir up carefully. Make one or two coats using roller or brush. It is allowed to dilute with water. Ratio for the firs coat 1:1, for the second coat it is recommended not to dilute.
Tools cleaning: use water for tools cleaning.
Safety requirements: don’t spill the undercoat to canalization, ground or water pools. Protect your eyes and skin. If that occurred, wash with water and see a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
